Explore The Mews
The design thoughtfully balances a range of spatial scales and experiences. Intimate mews provide quiet, shaded retreats nestled between homes ideal for reading, meditating, or neighborhood conversations, while larger destination parks offer open lawns, play features, and event-ready areas that foster vibrant community gatherings. Connecting these spaces is a network of walkable green corridors, seamlessly integrating movement, ecology, and beauty into the daily rhythms of neighborhood life. This diversity of spaces ensures that every resident, regardless of age or interest, has access to restorative, active, and communal outdoor experiences within a short walk from home.

At the neighborhood scale, the Section II Parks & Mews system strengthens Indigo’s identity as a place where daily life is enriched by close contact with nature and the presence of shared public life. Each greenspace is designed with a specific user experience in mind, ranging from active recreation to agricultural learning and contemplative solitude. This tailored approach brings intentionality and character to each node in the network, making every park and mews feel purposeful, authentic, and uniquely Indigo.

Human Health & Ecologocial Function
Legacy elements create a continuous narrative thread throughout the section, reinforcing the community’s deep connection to the land and its agricultural heritage. These edible landscapes are not just decorative; they are interactive and productive, encouraging residents to pick fruit, participate in harvests, and celebrate seasonal abundance together. In doing so, they deepen the community’s relationship to place while fostering traditions grounded in sustainability and stewardship.

Collectively, the Section II Parks and Mews network exemplifies Indigo’s holistic approach to suburban design, where human health, ecological function, and cultural meaning are all integral to the landscape. Through layered performance, people-first design, and a visible commitment to regenerative practices, this new phase sets a high standard for what suburban green infrastructure can achieve. It proves that with care, creativity, and community at the forefront, open spaces can become the connective tissue of daily life building stronger, healthier, and more joyful neighborhoods for generations to come.
